By accessing vaerti.com or submitting the interest list form, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this site or join the interest list. By submitting the form you confirm that you meet those requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and about yourself.

Vaerti is in development. Everything described on this site — matchmaking, the date concierge, learning over time, coordination and reservations — represents intended functionality, not a currently available service.

Joining the interest list is not a purchase, a reservation, a membership, or a promise of access. Features, availability, launch markets, timing, and pricing may change or may not happen at all.

When you join the list you agree that:

• You will submit your own accurate information, not someone else's.
• We may email you a confirmation of your signup as an operational message.
• We will only send beta updates and launch news if you opted in to marketing, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• We may remove entries that appear fraudulent, automated, abusive, or duplicated.
• Being on the list does not guarantee an invitation, early access, or acceptance into the service.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, impersonating, or third-party information.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to submit the form or scrape the site.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the site for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

The Vaerti name, logo, wordmark, brand identity, copy, design, and all site content are owned by Vaerti and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no license to use them beyond viewing the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or compensation to you. Please do not send anything you consider confidential.

The site relies on third-party hosting, database, and email providers, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any future service will match what is described here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaerti and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the site or the interest list. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Vaerti harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or remove an interest list entry at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under the law where you live.

We may update these terms as Vaerti develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
